Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Practical answers about workspace registration, account requests, funding and support. Account-specific terms are confirmed with the team.

Access and eligibility

4 questions
Can I create a workspace directly?

Yes. Use Create account to open the application’s registration page. Registration is separate from approval or activation of an advertising account.

What should I include in an account request?

Describe your business, required platforms, markets and advertising needs. The team will confirm any documents needed for your case.

Is account approval guaranteed?

No. Availability and approval depend on eligibility and the platform’s rules. Creating a workspace does not guarantee an advertising account.

Can I ask about eligibility before registering?

Yes. Send a message or use WhatsApp, Telegram or email to explain your activity and requirements.

Accounts and platforms

4 questions
What is the difference between a workspace and an ad account?

A workspace is your access to the AdProMax application. An ad account is a separate asset on an advertising platform, requested and activated under the applicable conditions.

Why does the homepage show six platforms?

The homepage highlights six platforms. Existing X Ads information remains available; confirm availability and terms with the team before requesting an account.

How do I choose the platforms to request?

Explain your campaign goals and markets. Request the platforms relevant to your needs, and confirm account availability with the team.

When is an account ready to use?

Wait for confirmation of approval, access and any required setup. Review and activation timing is confirmed for your request; this page does not promise a fixed deadline.

Funding, budgets and fees

4 questions
How do top-ups, allocation and spend differ?

A top-up adds funds. Allocation assigns a budget to an account or campaign. Ad spend is the amount consumed by advertising delivery. These are different operations.

Which payment methods are available?

Confirm the available methods, currencies and processing conditions for your account with the team before paying. The wallet illustration is not a list of supported payment methods.

Where can I confirm fees and minimums?

Ask for the commercial terms for your service and platform before confirming a top-up. This FAQ does not set a universal fee or minimum.

Does a top-up immediately become ad spend?

No. Adding funds and consuming them through advertising are distinct. Check the available balance, allocated budget and actual spend separately.

Support and restrictions

4 questions
How do I contact the team?

Use the website form, WhatsApp, Telegram or [email protected]. Include your account or case reference if you have one.

What should I send when an account is restricted?

Include the platform, account reference, date and the restriction message. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. The team can review the case; the platform controls its decisions.

Can a restricted account always be restored?

Restoration is not guaranteed. Any review or appeal must follow the platform’s rules and the details of the case.

What happens to an unused balance after a restriction?

Ask the team to confirm the balance status and applicable terms. Recovery, transfer or refund depends on the platform and your service agreement; no automatic outcome is promised here.

Assets and permissions

3 questions
Should I share my password to grant access?

Use the platform’s permission tools rather than sharing passwords. Confirm the required access and the people responsible before connecting assets.

How is asset ownership established?

Identify the owner of each page, pixel, catalogue and ad account before linking them. Confirm ownership, access and offboarding conditions in the agreed service scope.

What access should each team member have?

Grant the access needed for the person’s work and review it when their responsibilities change. The exact roles depend on the platform and your workspace configuration.

Client experience

3 questions
What is White label?

Discuss a workspace under your agency’s brand. Branding, domain, client access and commercial terms are defined in the agreed service scope.

What should we confirm before starting?

Confirm the branding, domain, client access, service responsibilities, pricing and support scope. Do not assume every option is included in every agreement.

How can my agency discuss White label?

Select White label in the contact form and describe your agency, clients and needs. The team can discuss the appropriate scope with you.

Partnerships

2 questions
How do I propose a partnership?

Select Partnership in the contact form. Explain your company, market and proposed collaboration, with a way to contact you.

Does submitting a proposal establish a partnership?

No. A submitted proposal is an inquiry. Responsibilities, territory and commercial terms require a separate agreement.

Integrations and tracking

3 questions
What does the integration diagram show?

It illustrates how advertising operations can connect with store assets and APIs. The connections needed for your business are confirmed in the agreed scope.

What are Pixel and Conversions API?

They are platform tools for sending conversion events. Their setup, permissions and data use must match your platform, consent requirements and agreed implementation.

Does connecting tracking guarantee accurate attribution or sales?

No. Measurement depends on the implementation, data quality and platform reporting. This page promises neither a match-rate percentage nor a sales result.
