Controller and scope
AdProMax Global Limited operates the public AdProMax website. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with visits to the website, enquiries and messages sent through the website or our published contact channels.
It does not cover information handled as part of a service delivered to, or for, a client or partner. That processing is governed by the agreement, service terms and, where relevant, the Data Processing Addendum for that relationship.

Information you choose to send us
When you contact us or request access, we use the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, work email, telephone number, organisation, country or region, service interest, platform interest, estimated budget, objectives, timing and message.
We use it to understand and answer your request, confirm the context of the request, communicate with you and, if both sides choose to continue, prepare the relevant service relationship. Required fields are marked on the form.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identity numbers or sensitive personal information through a free-text field unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.
Website measurement and form protection
We use analytics and form-protection services to understand website use and help prevent automated abuse. These services may receive technical information created during ordinary use of the website, such as an IP address, browser or device details, page interactions and online identifiers, according to their settings and notices.
Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect forms from automated submissions. Google explains how it handles information in Google’s Privacy Policy.
We also use service providers to operate, maintain and secure the website and its communications. This page describes how we handle information, rather than listing internal technical arrangements.
Links and international processing
Links to advertising platforms, messaging services, social networks and other third-party services take you to services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Some providers may process information outside Hong Kong. Where we process personal information for a client or partner as part of a service relationship, the relevant agreement and DPA set out the roles, safeguards and instructions that apply.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we reasonably need it to assess, answer and follow up the request, or to meet legal, accounting, security and record-keeping needs. If an enquiry becomes a contractual relationship, the relevant service documents govern the related records.
There is no single retention period for every kind of website information. You may ask us about information linked to your enquiry and request correction or deletion where applicable.

To request access to or correction of personal information connected with a website enquiry, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the request. We handle requests subject to applicable law, including Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance where it applies.
