The public adpromax.com website is operated by Atlaxim M&M, SARL, commercial register 193007 in Rabat, ICE 003830132000076. Registered office: IMM 22 APPT N° 1 RUE MLY RACHID HASSAN RABAT, Rabat, Maroc. Data enquiries: contact@adpromax.com.
This policy describes the public website and enquiries submitted through it. Processing carried out as part of a service or on behalf of a client must be specified in the documents governing that relationship.
Information submitted in enquiries
The form collects the contact and business information you enter, including estimated budget, required services and platforms, timing and objectives. Required fields are marked in the form. This information is used to assess the enquiry, respond and prepare the service relationship if it proceeds.
Messages you send may contain information needed to follow up your case. Limit free-text fields to relevant details. Do not include passwords, full payment card numbers or sensitive data.
Technical operation and recipients
Enquiries are intended for the team handling them at Atlaxim M&M. The site uses WordPress and Contact Form 7; outgoing email is configured through GoSMTP and Gmail. Hosting and email delivery also involve their technical providers.
Google reCAPTCHA is used for abuse prevention. Google Analytics is configured for audience measurement. These services may receive technical browsing information and identifiers according to their operation and settings. Technical data may include IP addresses and browser or device information.
External services and international processing
Google services and external messaging providers may process information in multiple countries. Their processing is also described in their own policies. WhatsApp, Telegram and social links lead to separate services. You can contact contact@adpromax.com without using those messaging services.
Purpose-based retention
Enquiry information is to be retained for the time needed to assess and follow up the request. If a contractual relationship follows, the related documents are subject to operational needs and applicable legal obligations. Accounting records and information needed to exercise or defend rights may have different retention periods.
There is no single retention period covering all these categories. Contact us to ask what information is retained about your case, or to request correction or deletion where available. Third-party service and tracker retention depends on their functions and settings.
Your rights and contact point
Under the applicable conditions of Moroccan Law 09-08, you may exercise access, rectification and objection rights. Email contact@adpromax.com with your request and enough information to locate your case. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You may also consult the CNDP at www.cndp.ma.
