Frequently asked questions
FAQ
Answers covering access, accounts, money, continuity and white-label. If a dealbreaker is in here, better that you find it before you apply.
Access and eligibility
3 questionsCan I sign up directly?
No. Public registration is closed. Access is by application only: you complete the Early Access form, an operator reviews it, and you get an answer the same working day. There is no shortcut form and no self-serve account creation.
Is approval guaranteed?
No, and no one can honestly promise it. Every request is reviewed for business activity, compliance, the platforms you need, your market and service availability, and the platforms keep final control over their own reviews and restrictions. What we commit to is a clear answer fast, and a documented escalation route when something is flagged.
Which verticals can I run?
Mainstream e-commerce, lead generation, SaaS, apps, local services and info-products are all fine, including cosmetics and consumer gadgets with compliant claims. Supplements and health claims are reviewed case by case against each platform’s policy. We do not support anything that requires working around a platform’s rules.
Accounts and platforms
3 questionsWhich platforms do you support?
Seven: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X Ads — all under one wallet and one review queue. 670 accounts are active today, out of 712 provisioned.
How long does platform review take?
Between 4 and 24 hours depending on the platform, once your verification documents are complete. Tracking setup runs in parallel, so the account is ready to spend as soon as it is approved.
Do you provide aged or pre-warmed accounts?
No. Accounts are provisioned through official agency channels and scaled properly from launch — we will help you plan a ramp schedule instead. Anyone selling "aged" accounts is selling you someone else’s history and someone else’s risk.
Funding, balances and fees
3 questionsWhat is the minimum top-up?
$50 per account on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads; $100 on Pinterest; $150 on X Ads; $250 on LinkedIn. There is no minimum on the wallet itself — you can hold one balance and allocate it across accounts as campaigns need it.
What are your fees?
A flat 3% on top-ups, shown in the wallet and on every invoice before you confirm, with no hidden spread on the exchange rate. Agencies on the white-label plan set their own margin on top for their clients.
Can I top up by myself?
Yes, from the wallet, at any hour. Balances are credited in under 2 hours, and every top-up is written to the audit log with the amount, the destination account and who performed it.
Restrictions, assets and support
3 questionsWhat happens to my balance if an account is restricted or closed?
Unspent balance is recovered to your wallet, then reallocated to a backup account or another platform — funds sit at the wallet level, not locked inside a single account. Amounts already consumed by the platform cannot be recovered, and restriction decisions remain with the platform.
Who owns the pages, pixels, catalogues and audiences?
The ad account sits under the AdProMax agency structure; your Business Manager, pages, pixels, catalogues and audiences stay yours and are linked in, never transferred. If you leave, the links are removed and your business assets go with you.
What are your support hours, and who do I actually reach?
24/7 across 3 shifts, in English, French and Arabic. You get a named operator, not a ticket form — first response under 15 minutes, with an escalation path for anything touching live spend.
